* Lightweight Championship bout: Gilbert Melendez (c) vs. Shinya Aoki
Melendez defeated Aoki via unanimous decision (50-45, 50-45, 50-45) to retain the Strikeforce Lightweight championship.
* Light Heavyweight Championship bout: Gegard Mousasi (c) vs. Muhammed Lawal
Lawal defeated Mousasi via unanimous decision (49-45, 49-45, 49-45) to become the new Strikeforce Light heavyweight champion. Mousasi was deducted one point for delivering an illegal upkick.
