[UFC]: il veterano Dream Jason High messo sotto contratto da UFC
DREAM vet and 2009 DREAM Welterweight finalist Jason High looks to be the UFC's latest acquisition and while it will be sad to see him go from the world of Japanese MMA, this is a great move for the grappler and hopefully he is able to shine under the bright lights in the UFC.
The UFC's official site for UFN 21 confirms that welterweight prospect Jason "The Kansas City Bandit" High (9-2) has been signed by the organization to face fellow newcomer Charlie "The Spaniard" Brenneman (10-1). High revealed the news of the four-fight contract earlier today on his Twitter page.
Although High is coming off a vicious knockout loss to Marius Zaromskis at the finals of the Dream Welterweight Grand Prix back in July, the gifted wrestler and Antonio McKee prodigy has been training hard and keeping a high profile in the Twitter world. The KC Bandit has notable career victories over BJJ phenom Andre Galvao, and UFC vets Kevin Burns and James Giboo.
High will debut at UFN21, which is headlined by Kenny Florian vs. Takanori Gomi. For those of us that interact with Jason on his Twitter and know of his frustrations with promotions like DREAM and Bellator, it is nice to see him skip ahead to the front of the line.
