Puma Gym
Puma Gym has been established some 15 years, and in that time has produced over 15 black belts in different disciplines. The club has National and International champions in varying classes. We train members who are interested in fighting professionally as well as in amateur competition.
To date, we have held National and International competitions in our home town of Hemel Hempstead at the Dacorum Pavillion venue.
We have links with many federations around the world, and promote our fighters with the suitable experience to fight abroad once or twice a year.
Puma Gym has male and female, adult and junior members, and at present we have three British Junior champions.
We are a friendly gym which aims to promote self-defence and fitness for all of our members - whose ages range from 8 - 65 years.
